It’s The Law’ is the campaign that was initiated by the Government guide licensed venues and the public regarding the consumption of alcohol, and bring awareness to the wider community of the seriousness of alcohol-related violence and anti-social behaviour, a campaign that our club takes seriously.
Patrons will be refused entry and / or service of alcohol if:
The law requires it – eg: a minor (under 18yrs),
intoxicated or disorderly,
Safety to our patrons – eg: the consumption of alcohol is risking the safety of a patron,
Safety to others – eg: consumption of alcohol by a patron is risking the safety of other patrons,
Civil litigation – the potential for the club or Licensee to be held responsible for not adhering to the above, should an intoxicated patron endanger their own or another’s life or property.
Intoxicated patrons face a potential penalty if management are hindered during eviction of said patron.
Yeronga Services Club does not tolerate excessive consumption of alcohol on its premises.
